Nigeria's Senate President Saraki Ordered By The Court Of Appeal To Face Fresh Corruption Trial

Justice Tinuade Akomolafe-Wilson led three-man Court of Appeal panel has ordered the Senate President Bukola Saraki to return to the Code of Conduct Tribunal to face trial on three of the counts of corruption over failure to disclose his assets to while dismissing others. The appellate judges ruled that three of the counts have been proven beyond reasonable doubt by the prosecutors of the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
